M78 Nebula
The M78 nebula is a reflection nebula in the constellation of Orion. It was discovered by Pierre Mechain in 1780. And it was included by Charles Messier in his catalog. M78 is one of the brightest diffuse reflection nebula in the sky. You can easily see the M78 with small telescope in dark site. This nebulae belongs to the Orion Molecular Cloud Complex and is about 1,600 light years distant from Earth.
